1644. This work discusses the natural language of the hand, composed of the speaking motions and discoursing gestures thereof. To which is added, chironomia, or the art of manual rhetoric, consisting of the natural expressions, digested by art in the hand, as the chiefest instrument of eloquence, by historical manifestos, exemplified out of the authentic registers of common life and civil conversation, with types or chryograms, a long wished for illustration of this argument.
