THE following letters were all addressed to real characters, well known to the writer; and the various sentiments ascribed to some of them, are such as they have actually expressed. It is presumed that similar characters are to be found in social circle; and it is there almost every fore hoped, that, by the Divine blessing, those admonitions, which were considered suitable to individuals, may be generally useful to the classes they represent.
