" This Pen is the l est we have ever tried. By an arrangement of the point, it
almost makes the hand run after it, so facile and so pleasant is it."-Greenock Herald.

WHAT A WRITER FOR THE PRESS SAYS OF IT.
“PENS.—Bad pens are provocative of-what shall I say? M-humour ; yes, that is
the mildest word I can find to express my meaning. Those who, like myself, stibhle
for the press, know the value of a yood pen; but how to find one has always to me
been a more difficult problem than that asses' bridge' which puzzled my young brain,
I must say, however, that the 'Q.E.D.' of the steel pen problem has at last been made
clear. An article has been produced by MACNIVES & CAMEROX, of Edinburgh, which
bears the name of the Waverley Pen,' that must nltimately supersede all others. It
possesses all the flexibility and sin pothness of the quill, and is the best steel pen I have
ever written with. Those who try the Waverley' once will, I am convinced, use it
ever afterwards, To the great mass of suffering humanity called literary, that cat
paper and drink ink, I cannot couier a greater benefit than by recommending to their
notice the best steel pen extant for rapid and easy writing." - Newcastle Chronicle.
