À propos de l'auteur (2009)

Kathy Heilenman held a joint appointment in French and Italian and Foreign and English as a Second Language Education at the University of Iowa. She was co-director of the Foreign Language Acquisition, Research, and Education Program, which houses a Ph.D. in Second Language Acquisition. Isabelle Kaplan recently retired from the Isabelle Kaplan Center for Languages and Cultures at Bennington College, VT. She was the Vermont President of the AATF Chapter, a member of the Executive Board of the VFLA, and a Project Director for ACTFL. She remains an active member in the foreign language community, consulting for ACTFL, the Department of Defense, and several colleges and universities. She is also an oral proficiency tester and trainer. Claude Toussaint Tournier is College Lecturer Emerita of French and Italian at Northwestern University. He previously served as first-year French program coordinator and teaching assistant supervisor at Northwestern University.
