He shall stand fast for evermore I as the I moon: and as the faithful witness. in heaven. 37 But thou hast abhorred and forsáken I thine A-l nointed and art dis- I -pleased I at him. 38 Thou hast broken the covenant I of thy I servant and cast his crown I to the I ground. 39 Thou hast overthrówn | all his | hedges : ánd | broken down his I strongholds.

All they that go I by I spoil him: and he is becóme a re- |-proach I to his neighbours.

Thou hast set up the right hand I of his enemies and made all his adversaries | to re-l joice.

Thou hast taken away the edge of his sword: and givest him nót | victory I in the I battle. 43 Thou hast put out his glory and cast his throne I down to the I ground.

Lord, how long wilt thou hide thy- I -self for ever and sháll thy I wrath I burn like I fire? 46 O remember how short my I time I is: wherefore hast thou made all I men for I nought?

What man is he that liveth and shall not see I death and shall he deliver his soul from the hand of hell?

Lord, where are thy old loving- I -kindnesses : which thou swárest unto I David I in thy I

truth?

Remember Lord, the rebúke that thy | servants | have and how I do bear in my bósom the re- I -bukes of many people;
