Town and Lands of Luttrels-town, and other Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments in this Kingdom, the Eftate of the Family of the Luttrels; which were by Letters Patents, and for the Confiderations in the faid A&t, and Letters Patents mentioned, Granted by His Majesty King William the Third of Glorious Memory, to Major Walter Delamer and his.Heirs, in Truft for the faid Henry Luttrel, and his Heirs: Which Letters Patents are hereby confirmed, and the faid Henry Luttrel is hereby enabled, and made, and declared capable to Difpofe of, Settle or Devife, Affure, Convey, Leafe, Charge or Incumber the faid Lands, Tenements, He. reditaments and Estates, every or any part thereof, with or without the faid Walter Delamer or his Heirs, in fuch manner, and to fuch Perfon or Perfons as to him the faid Henry Luttrel it fhall feem fit and convenient, any thing in this Act, or in any the above-mentioned. Acts contained, to the contrary notwithstanding: Subject neverthes to all fuch Chief-Rents, Crown-Rents and other Rents as are iffuing or payable out of the Premiffes to the Queen's Majefty, Her Heirs and Succeffors, or to any other Perfon or Perfons whatsoever; and faving and referving to all and every Perfon or. Perfons, Bodies-Politick or Corporate, their Heirs, Executors, Administrators or Succeffors, all fuch Right, Title and Intereft, Charge, Incumbrance, Claim and Demand whatsoever in Law or Equity, which they, every, or any of them have in, to, or out of the faid Premiffes, or any part thereof; excepting always outof this provifoe, all Rectories Impropriate, with the Tythes, Oblations, Obventions, Advowfons of Vicaridges, and all other things thereunto feverally and refpectively belonging, which did at any time heretofore belong. or were reputed to belong or appertain to, or were at any time enjoyed, ufed or held as part or parcel of the faid Eftate of the Family of the Lute trels, to all or any of which Rectories, Impropriate Tythes, Oblations, Obvenfions, Advowfons of Vicaridges, and all other things thereunto feverally and refpectfully belonging, the Title of the faid Henry Lut trel is to ftand, remain and be of the fame, and no greater or other Force than as before the making of this A&t.

And whereas Oliver Martin of Tulliry, in the County of Gallway, Efquire, was during the lare Rebellion in this Kingdom, a Perfon who behaved himself with great Moderation, and was remarkably kind to Numbers of Proteftants in Diftrefs, many of which he fupported in his Family, aud by his. Charity and Goodness faved, their Lives, and in great measure preserved their Effects.

Be it therefore Provided and Enacted by the Authority aforefaid, That the faid Oliver Martin, may have, hold and enjoy all his Estate, Right, Title and Interest in Law or Equity, to him and his Heirs, which he and they now have or may have by Defcent, in this Kingdom; and he is hereby enabled and declared to be capable in every refpect to have, hold and enjoy the fame, and to difpofe and fettle the fame on his Eldeft Son, and the Heirs Males of the Body of fuch Eldeft Son, which Settlement and Difpofition, is hereby declared Good and Valid, any thing in the A& to prevent the further Growth of Popery, or in this present A&t contained to the contrary notwithstanding. Subject nevertheless to all fuch Eftates, Interefts and Demands, that all and every Perfon or Perfons, who now is or are, or hereafter fhall be of the Proteftant Religion, have, or may have in Reverfion, Remainder or otherwife, to the faid Eftate of the faid Oliver Martin, or any part thereof, and fubject to all fuch Chief-Rents, Quit-Rents and Crown-Rents, and other Rents as are iffuing and payable out of the Premiffes to the Queen's Majefty, Her Heirs and Succeffors; And faving and referving to all and every Perfon or Perfons, Bodies politick or Corporate, their Heirs, Executors, Adminiftrators, or Succeffors, all fuch Right, Title and Intereft, Claim and Demand whatsoever in Law or Equity, which they or any of them have,. into, or out of the Premiffes or any part thereof.
