This scarce and interesting edition was printed at the expense of the
Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts, to supply
the spiritual wants of the Iroquois or Six Confederate Nations of
Indians. The English of the Book of Common Prayer, as well as of
the Portions of Scripture, is printed on opposite pages. This copy
sold for £3. 5s. in G. Daniel's sale.
