Don Pyeatt is a member of the Aviation Heritage Association, Inc.'s B-36 Restoration Team. A native of Fort Worth, TX, he has childhood memories of the giant B-36 Peacemaker bomber as it flew over him, rattling the walls and shaking the ground he stood on. A noted historian and webmaster, Pyeatt is also the author of B-36: Saving the Last Peacemaker (ProWeb Fort Worth, 2000) and B-36: Saving the Last Peacemaker Second Edition (ProWeb Fort Worth, 2002).

Dennis R. Jenkins is a consulting engineer in Cape Canaveral, Florida, working on various aerospace projects including 20 years on the Space Shuttle and several on the stillborn X-33 program. He is the author of "Space Shuttle: The History of the National Space Transportation System - The First 100 Missions" in addition to more than 30 other works on aerospace history.
