Page 323 - Sa Majesté le sultan, d'une part, déclare qu'il a la ferme résolution de maintenir, à l'avenir, le principe invariablement établi comme ancienne règle de son empire, et en vertu duquel il a été de tout temps défendu aux bâtiments de guerre des puissances étrangères d'entrer dans les détroits des Dardanelles et du Bosphore, et que tant que la Porte se trouve en paix, Sa Majesté n'admettra aucun bâtiment de guerre étranger dans lesdits détroits.
