ARTICLE IV., SECT. V., of the By-Laws of the Board relates to Legacies, and is as follows: "Legacies shall always be considered Permanent Funds, of which the interest only shall be used, except where the testator has otherwise specially ordered."

It will be seen by the italicized part of this law, that if there are persons who desire to leave money in their wills for the current uses of the Board, it should be so stated in the will.
